David C. "Dusty" Huxford Jr., President
Dusty holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He has designed and developed computer applications for the engineering and financial industries since 1981. He has substantial experience in running small businesses and is an accomplished speaker and writer, having presented sessions and articles throughout the United States on technology for the Financial Planning Association, College for Financial Planning, Journal of Financial Planning, and Financial Planning Digest, to name a few. Dusty is active in the Financial Planning Association and is currently serving as a volunteer on the FPA National Board. Dusty is active in the local community, volunteering his time for the Garret County Swim Team, National Ski Patrol, and St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
Kenneth W. Bishop, Vice President
Ken has an extensive background in banking, administration/management, and mergers/acquistions. Many years of Wall Street experience and consulting for businesses nationwide bring a unique and broad talent to HuxBish Investments.
Beth Ann Miller, Chief Financial Officer
Beth Ann has a varied background in designing/maintaining financial statements, tax planning, and understands the intricacies of operating multiple businesses simultaneously to the advantage of all stakeholders. This makes her a perfect resource for our clients to leverage as appropriate.
